A Neurosurgeon's Journey
Dr. Arias has been serving the Denver and Greater Colorado area since 2018. He has been recognized as a Castle Connolly and 5280 Magazine Top Doctor in Neurosurgery in 2024 and 2025.
Dr Arias maintains a focus in cerebrovascular neurosurgery, with numerous research projects and publications in leading journals.
Education and Academic Achievements
Dr. Arias received his Bachelor of Arts and Science from Washington University in St. Louis and completed his Doctor of Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York.
He then returned to Washington University for residency training in Neurological Surgery, which included a seven month experience as Registrar in Neurological Surgery at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
He then remained at Washington University for an Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology fellowship at the renowned Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology.
